The Vector Plus VSD provides more precise motor control compared to conventional switchboard systems. While switchboards let you turn the motor on and off, the Vector Plus VSD gradually increases or decreases the motor speed of your electrical submersible pumping (ESP) and horizontal surface pumping systems (SPS).

The VSD’s intelligent control capabilities let you remotely adjust motor speed from the surface for greater ease of use. You can also quickly adjust your lift system to changing well conditions, which avoids gas locking challenges while maximizing pump efficiency for optimal long-term production rates.

The Vector VSD delivers proven performance in ESP applications ranging from 100 to 1,000 horsepower. It is also designed to work on all worldwide power systems rated between 380 and 480 volts, in both 50 and 60 Hz applications. And the system’s outdoor NEMA 4 rating means that the enclosure is completely sealed against the outdoor environment to prevent the entrance of dust, dirt, and moisture.
